Privacy Policy
The short version: this website sets no cookies and runs no trackers, and the Software is local-first — your sessions, jobs and files stay on your machines.
1. Who we are
Bitprods SRL BV, company number BE0633.830.464, Belgium, is the controller for any personal data described here. Contact: info@bitprods.com.
2. This website
- No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. We don't measure you, fingerprint you, or load third-party scripts that do.
- Theme preference: your dark/light choice is stored in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your browser and identifies nothing.
- Hosting logs: the site is served from Amazon Web Services (CloudFront/S3), which produces standard, short-lived access logs (IP address, requested page, time) for operating and securing the service.
3. When you email us
If you write to info@bitprods.com (for example to request early access), we process your email address and the content of your message to respond — on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep the correspondence as long as the conversation is live, and delete it on request.
4. The Software
- Local-first: sessions, jobs, run history and produced files are stored on your machines. We have no access to them.
- No telemetry: the Software currently sends nothing to us — no usage data, no crash reports.
- Agent CLIs: the agent tools you connect (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, …) communicate with their own providers under their own privacy policies and your own subscriptions. Altoquant adds no data of its own to that traffic.
- Future team features (cloud sync, planned v4) will be opt-in; this policy will be updated before any such feature processes your data.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. The only processor involved is Amazon Web Services (website hosting).
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@bitprods.com to exercise any of these. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves (in particular when team features arrive). Material changes will be announced on this website.
