If something is broken

Write to us and tell us what you saw. These details help us understand it quickly:

  • What you did, and what happened instead. The command you ran, the screen you were on, and what you expected to see.
  • Your macOS version and the app version. Open the A status sheet to find the version.
  • The exact error text, if there was one. Pasting it helps us search and diagnose it accurately.

What to leave out

Keep your credentials, your API keys and your file paths out of any message. We never need them to help you, and an inbox is not a safe place for a secret. If a key has already gone out in a message, rotate it.
